    • If we make a mistake in personalizing your order or fulfill the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery by reaching out to Joanne McKee via grow@mckeecreative.store with photos and a description of the issue.
    • We will correct the mistake by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
  3. Returns for Non-Personalized Items:

    • Non-personalized items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must arrive back in resalable condition.

Non-Refundable Items

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless we made an error or the item is defective).
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or returned without prior authorization.
  • Items returned after the refund eligibility window has closed.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Chargeback and Fraudulent Claims Policy

We take chargeback claims seriously. To protect our business and our loyal customers:

  • All orders are documented with detailed product descriptions, photos, and shipping confirmations.
  • Chargeback claims deemed fraudulent will be disputed with evidence.
